Ferns Group is perfect for young adventurers who enjoy movement but sometimes struggle with transitions, frustration, or teamwork. Through nature hikes, scavenger hunts, and obstacle courses, kids will learn how to cooperate, follow group plans, and practice self-regulation—all while having a blast outdoors!

Our groups provide:
Real-life peer interactions under the guidance of an OT
Creative nature-play to encourage coordination, problem-solving, and social connection
Sensory experiences for calm and self-regulation
Individualized OT goals written in collaboration with the parent
Under the skillful guidance of a trained pediatric occupational therapist, your child will work towards their individual social, emotional, and physical goals.
Groups are held outdoors, rain or shine!
What’s Included:
Intake call + 30 minute Parent Consult
review of intake paperwork and previous reports
collaborative goal setting with clinician
custom weekly summaries
weekly photos documenting progress
progress note at the conclusion of the group
weekly 90-minute sessions of skill building in the great outdoors!
